That community has to be more vigilant knowing fully well that the university will always be a target to 'jihadis' who believe education is a sin. They were just lucky that this time the IED the madman was carrying did them a favour. If not for that,those in the university would have been toast.

One of the reasons money laundering is a crime is because it can be used to fund terrorism which eventually will cost more lives. Govt paid Boko haram €2,000,000 = N705,512,125 just like that and dude is there being naive and talking optimism. They have empowered BH in case people don't realize.
