Reading through the fast comments, some1 said it was not possible. I stand to correct such by saying it is very possible. The CCTV camera can be zoomed, which will enable them see the person's sit number. With that person's sit now, they can be able to access his registration details,as long as they know the name of the school as well. Very very possible ..
