but just listen to yourself. who is to blame for not reading the rules of a competition you want to participate, claiming not to see the rules is not an excuse, funny enough you know the time to post your betslip and the format of posting.

just accept you made a mistake by staking 100 as against 200. the penalty is outright disqualification but the organizer are been lenient by only voiding your slot.
