Yeah the worse is for the GDP to get a bit lower than that of south africa and the per capita income would never get to the level of kenya and the likes. I think our biggest issue is electric power though, do you know we have about 6.1 billion dollar investment in Ghana? Because many people who are not concerned with oil find it easier to establish in Ghana because of a relatively stable power supply, and even the power supply is not all that stable in Ghana, the more we invest here with a little political stability, the economy would survive this. God bless Naija.

They are Cushitic. Even the Semitic family language speakers(Amhara, Tigray, Gurage, Harar and others in Ethiopia) are more Cushitic than they are Semite(Yemenite, Armenia and others).

Amharas and Tigrays are mix of Agaw(mostly)/Semite/Afar/Argobba/Beja and others(other Cushitic, Omotic and Nilo Sharan family language speakers).

There ancestors Axumities were also predominantly Cushite(Agaw and Afar) than Semite.

Agaws and Afars were the original inhabitants of Eritrea, northern and central Ethiopia from the 3rd millennium BC.

There are Agaw people who hadn't fully lost their identity, but are on the brink to loss their culture. I hope one day Agaw Midire/region(Amhara and Tigray) will be re-established, because we are self denying Agaws and things needs to be changed.
