I chose university of Ibadan last year but wasn't admitted because my 8year old WAEC result has Cs in my core subjects.
I chose LASU as second choice but wasnt admitted too.
The UTME score of 308 just wasted.

I have just gotten 305 in this year's UTME again but I dread wasting it like last year's.

I need medicine admission. Kindly suggest federal or affordable state universities where my chances of admission is pretty high with the available grades and scores.

Again if you are someone or know someone or know someone that knows someone who can help. Kindly prevent this long conceived dream from dieing.

sincerely appreciate the contributions of everyone here. May your affairs be easy.

I've some issues to clarify.
1. I don't mind school so far it's affordable and medicine is accredited there, be it state or federal.

2. Location of the school isn't even my problem. I can go anywhere so far I'll be fulfilled.

3. I asked for "connection" because there were years that people with lesser aggregates/scores were admitted for this same medicine while I wasn't even considered for other courses. Anyone that has reservations for that part of my initial post should kindly understand.

I didn't know the change also involves a new university. I thought it's only change of courses only which must be within the first choice of university. How does Jamb update this for the candidate when the list has been forwarded to the university? Or there's a deadline that this can be effected before sending the final list?

Change of institution and course are underway. Until it closes, the real statistics are not disclose to intending students. Recall that admission is given around sept-nov. So this gesture is open for 2-3 weeks.

For those suggesting my state's university, it has been epileptic (LAUTECH)

For those suggesting unical, uniben, oou, lasu, I love these schools but past experiences are killing my optimism.

Lucid processes of these schools' respective admission moralities will be cherished.

Well, If its actually your passion and God's will you become a Doctor, I can only wish you the best.

But to be honest with you, you may probably be making more than a decent living if you had opted for another discipline, especially computer-related or Engineering

No dear, I utilized every bit of the 8years. I just find it extremely difficult to take my mind off medicine. The more I try to, the worse it becomes. It's just my passion and I believe I've the wherewithal to study and practice it.
I feel cheated being denied recurrently.
