WIDD (Long post alert)

After the first miscarriage, I was advised to wait for three months before trying again. So I basically used that three months for "operation cleanse my system". I reduced carb in my diet, eat more fruits and small exercise.

I took herbs for fertility cleanse from Jan till March. Before my period in March, I noticed light spotting which is quite unusual for me. So I stopped taking the herbs. In addition, I did womb setting...just in case shaa. I did hormone profile on CD3 and CD21 on that March cycle to know my status before hitting the TTC road again. Only to find out that my estrogen (E2) is 15.22pg/ml(30-120) follicular phase and my CD21 Progesterone was 4.9 (5-35). Meanwhile, I had mild hypothyroidism that I've been dealing with. The whole thing just tire me when I saw dt hormone profile result.

I started taking Omega369, Vit B6 plus my usual folic acid to correct the spotting. I came across MamaTB's post on this thread, she has fertilaid, ovaboost, omega 369 and letrozole for sale at a reduced cost. I took a step of faith and bought d supplements from her. Unfortunately, they got to me late on CD6, because she sent them thru my friend. From that CD6 I took the fertilaid, ovaboost and continued with omega369, Vit B6, folic acid...it's late to take letrozole.

I started bding from CD9 till CD17 (I think). On CD15, I had brown spotting (this is the first time in my life i'm having midcycle/ovulation spotting)and severe ovulation cramp on my left ovary in the night of that same day15 (4realwoman take note ). I felt d spotting was from those supplements, so I stopped taking them on CD17 to avoid long story. A Doctor friend advised I should use cyclogest to boost my progesterone (incase I'm pregnant). I was reluctant due to the price, but summoned the courage to get it on CD22. I'm still on it till date. Plus consistent PRAYERS!

I waited for AF on CD27 to CD29 even till CD30 no show. I've been having mild abdominal cramp here and there plus mild headache...so I felt I shld test yesterday being CD31. I just don't like suspense in this TTC journey . Early morning Urine was negative but blood was positive.

I pray for more rains of BFPs for us all in Jesus name, Amen! God bless you all mamas, have a fruitful weekend.

Good day ma. I ve secondary infertility, been ttc for 1yr and 5mth, dh was diagnosed of low sprm count. Placed on addyzoa but no improvement then we changed our gynea and he was placed on ovumine and later they added manix though there is improvement with about 5mil increase. l ve done all test and all normal. My questions are 1. is it possible for sperm to reduce despite the fact l ve been pregnant for him before 2. what can I do to be able to conceive with 8mil sperm count. Please help

Ekatwins what you're going through may be difficult but please do not despair. Trust GOD to bring you out of it. If it's eggs you need, He'll supply. He'll give you perfect Babies. I can't remember who, but someone on this thread shared what she did to conquer low amh, later went on to have a baby. Who can remember? Please Ekatwins search it out.

Babe, calm down.
After reading your post , I had to google low ovarian reserve and I came up with lots of ppl experience who had it and conceived. Some even conceived naturally without ivf, so u see, ur case is not a lost case.

I will advise u work on your eggs to improve the quality for 3 months. Try ovaboost and or fertileaid. Both have been said to help.

Hello everyone, I am new there. I am a man, I hope men are welcome here too? Pls my DW have been ttcing. But recently both of us went to d hospital to seek solution, but after all d test we both had my DW result all shows that she is OK. But in my own case d semen analysis test I did showed that I have low sperm count less than 1million. The Dr. placed me on Addyzoa. Pls I need success testimonies from does that there DH have used Addyzoa b4. I am ask to take 2 tablet Bd for 90days. Lastly, My DW use to hav her cycle for 3days but had infection, but d infection have been treated and gone, but her cycle drop to 2 days with light flow. D flow is not heavy at all. But Dr said that can't stop her from being BFP. Anyone with similar case? Share experience with us Pls. With d 2 days light flow cycle that she have is it possible she still ovulate? Thnx

WIDD....This might be a little long, but I implore you to please read to the end.
I was diagnosed with primary anovulation... I used to have a very crazy cycle that ranges from 20-45 days.
I was placed on clomid sometimes last year, buh the doc forgot to ask me to do follicle tracking with it, so I took it without tracking, which means I dint even know if it worked or not. I changed my gynae after I discovered the error of the other one, and the new one knew her onions so much. After going through my history, my new gynae said she was going to place me on clomid again, but this time with a combination of metformin; this was in March.
Pls note I had not done any follicle tracking prior to this time. My diagnosis was based on hormonal assay, and the irregularity of my cycle.
Hubby wasn't around in March, so I couldn't take the drugs, but I decided to do follicle tracking to even see whether I was truly ovulating or not. After the tracking, and I took the results to the doc, she said I had what was called "unruptured follicle syndrome" that I still had to do use Clomid.
Fast forward to April cycle, I used the Clomid and metformin; together with tracking. Started the tracking on day 8. On day 8; nothing, as in no follicles were seen at all, day 10, nothing still, right up to day 18; no single follicle was seen at all. On day 18, the sonographer concluded that I dint ovulate at all, since no single follicle was seen.. I said "haa ki le leyi, even when I wasn't on clomid, shebi there was still a developing follicle, only that it didn't rupture, its now that am on clomid that there is no follicle"? My doc said she would have to up the dose on my next cycle, which to the glory of God is gone forever.
After it was concluded that I didn't ovulate, I got tired, and stopped using every drug I was taking except folic acid.
Fast forward to some few weeks after, I was already on day 42. I dint give the long cycle any thought at all cos my cycle has always been that haphazard.
Then I read here when sunny15 advised a mama to do pt, cos of what it cost her in the past.. so I said i would do it over the weekend, but my bweast had been really hurting for some days now, and it really intensified yesterday. So I woke up this morning, summoned up courage, did the hpt, and viola, I hit gold!!! A further blood test also confirmed it.
On the spiritual angle, am not a mfm member, but I go for power must change hands regularly, and some of their other programs. I attended the last program which was for people believing on God for the fruit of the womb. And have been using the water and oil religiously.
I tested positive in a cycle when science and medicine said I dint ovulate. Little did I know that God had bigger plans for me.
This is to show us that doctors don't have the final say, only God has!!! What is a medical report when God hasn't spoken.
I sincerely pray from the bottom of my heart that the Lord Almighty would hearken to the cry of every mother here... AMEN

Please who has experienced this before. I've been spotting since Monday, I only notice when I wipe. The blood is like dry clot, I'm on cd33. I'm also having lower abdominal cramps.

I have done laparoscopy and that was when I discovered one tube was blocked. Thank you for the reply. If any one has a spare supplement they do not need any more please send to me and I will be very grateful.

Be strong sis, you are at the end of this TTC journey already by coming on this thread. For the blocked tubes, you can try natural enzymes such as serrapaptase, nattokainse(sp), wobenzyme etc. also add natural herbs such as yi mu cao, xi xian cao et. Those are Chinese herbs by the way. You can also massage your stomach and concentrate on the location of your womb,tubes. You massage using castor oil. You can google these supplements to hear testimonies from women all around the world with similar tubal blockage that have gotten their tubes opened. I am also on the journey and I know that backing it up with prayers, there's nothing impossible for God to do. You can alternatively go the medical way and do further diagnosis, laparoscopic surgery,flushing etc to get rid of the blockage. Baby dust
