Your cpanels dosent work..i send mails about it..you dont reply... okay..i decided to access it via My dashboard by logging in to my client dashboard directly and your site keeps logging me out every fvcking time ....every day every night !!!!!!!!! sometimes your server's always down!!! You guys are eh...i dont know infact ....'Frustating i must say' i dont want to create a topic about this because it will be found it google theirby distroying your reputation...but i decided todo just commenting .... please do something...i log in ...i keep getting fvcking logged out.... damn!!! |

ElizaVeta:We are sorry for the inconvenience you might have experienced. The issue of you being logged in and out might be due to the following reasons; 1. When you use a mobile internet network to access your cPanel. you get logged out because most mobile internet networks ( like mtn, airtel etc) work with dynamic IPs i.e the IP changes all the time which makes it unreliable for administrative privilege. Due to the security protocols involved, our server limits mobile network access and when this occurs, you get logged out. To avoid this, you can use a more stable network with static IPs. 2. It could be the browser you are using. You can try clearing your browser cache, or using another browser (Moxilla firefox is a good choice). As for response from support. you can check your email inbox /spam. if its not there, check your support ticket you created (at times response don't get delivered to recipient mail box). This is getting out of hand and i have been lenient all these while. Your server is RUBBISH.. and i wont waste a moment creating a new topic to warn people from registering with you guys because of your bad services! Why would a site hosting under you guys be offline for several hours ,and why would that even happen? You guys promised a 99 percent uptime ..i should have known its a business strategy anyways. this is not the first,second or third its happening .. If you cant be able to offer a good hosting experience,dont come online at all. your server is always crashing and all sites under you will disconnect totally..all of them! jeez! what kind of people are you?? NOT ONLY THAT ... 1)A user cant be able to login to login from the cpanel direct ...its everywhere ..dont tell me its one stupid network cos it aint... 2)Your server always logging someone out ..dont tell me its one stupid network cos it aint. 3)You guys dont offer a 99 percent uptime... You're fvcking messing up with someones business here for christ sake!!!! please n pls work on your server .. if this repeats again .. i wont mind creating a topic here on NL to speak of all your bad services and how you aint worth trying! you know what it is! Getting logged out is a function of the cookie in validation policy on the server. It's probably set to strict which is a security measure to ensure you login again whenever you log in again (and your ISP likely uses dynamic IP). It's easy to solve with root access ElizaVeta: |
