Thanks for sharing. I was diagnosed with adhesion too but i thank God.

As the month of May draws to an end, let's all be mindful of what God has done in this group.
let's keep thanking Him and praising Him for the BFPs that are coming, thanking Him also for
our pregnant sisters...the prophesy by Pastor E.A Adeboye and Dr. Olukoya is indeed coming
to pass in our very own group, we await more miracle BFPs, we're still counting even beyond
July.

So,i am supposed to start with a new gynae,i was told to do HA and HSG i know i have said i will shake my now flat bum bum and walk away from any doctor that said i should repeat hsg.That is how i went to do my Hsg yesterday cycle day 10(i googled it and most women feels it helps to be done on day 10).I took duclofenac a pain reliever like 2hours before the procedure.God bless all you all that taught us here to take it.The sonographer told me i was a strong woman and i was doing well,i just yimud at him in my mind.So,the result came out,i am all clear,tubes are patent,small fibroid of 2cm outside(did uss too)and then what i do not understand was he querying something like pelvic adhesion(whatever that means)....anyways,i am not supposed to see the gynae till 2weeks time but before then,the weather is always cold these days so,i intend using it very well.

is there any supplement for balancing estrogen and progesterone. my estradiol is very high 265.2pgmol(60-150) luteal phase. but progesterone is within range?

also on bitterleaf therapy...i don't know how long am meant to take it and can i combine it with clomid?

I also did what you are trying to do now, to prepare my body physicaly for a 2nd IVF when I conceived naturally by GOD's grace last year. I had researched and read a lot of things here, on the ttc thread, weight loss thread and the alternative to ttc threads on the need to prepare myself before starting the IVF cycle . Truth is only a few centres in Nigeria would tell you to embark on this body preparation process, most would deceive you to start as soon as possible, as a trial and error case. If you are amongst the few .001% to get a BFP on your 1st or 2nd trial, you are very fortunate. Most people get theirs after several trials.

Meanwhile I learnt one key information that it takes the body 3 months to produce a good egg/sperm, so ideally one should prepare themselves 3 - 6 months before embarking on any cycle. But we all are so impatient to get the result immediately. Yet in the long run, its when we meet this time target that most of us get our solution(ironic ?) after spending so much time and money. It is well. We can only improve from our past mistakes and move forward towards our goals. Don't mind me, I am just reminiscing on my 12 year journey to hold my baby girl in my arms.

Becos I was diagnosed of ovarian failure due to low AMH, hormonal imbalance, I took ACV (apple cider vinegar with braggs), Fertlitea daily from AF to O, took grape juice in the mornings for the week of O, did castor oil massage from after AF to O (only did it 2ice), took Vit E, royal jelly 3-in-1 combo (royal jelly, bee pollen, bee propolis), DHEA and folic acid. changed my diet, stop eating sugary things like sweets, chocolate, cake, biscuits.. anything processed and sweet. Reduced my rice intake, switched to beans, ugwu, titus fish, chicken(boiled), quaker oats in the morning with boiled broccoli/apple, did lots of fruit juice (watermelon, carrot, apple, cucumber, cabbage), tigernut milk, changed my cooking oil to less cholestrol (wesson) and if i had to use oil, just very very little. Stopped drinking cold water, switched to warm or room temperature water. Gave my hubby tomatoes juice (blended 2 big ripe tomatoes) every day with his meal in the evening along with the varied fruit juice I did every two days. Men I spent money on fruits, no bi small..lol. I also did the water therapy thing ( drinking lots of water in the morning, during the day and at night) and exercise (walking for a minimum of 40 mins twice a week / using the staircase at work). I believed all these things contributed to my success story. Most importantly I spent time praying and working on my faith.

Lynda1 so sorry for your loss..May God comfort and compensate you with double. Perhaps Mumihaja and other Mamas may know something to help with the hormonal imbalance. Some mamas here have taken Clomid while on the bitter leaf therapy. May God grant you success.

sorry dear for responding late.I didn't check my hormones.I did hydrotubation cuz my period that was steady 25days started jumping to 28in Oct,27 in November, 23in DEC last year.26in Jan,27 in Feb and 25in march.so when I complained to the doc he told me to co.e for hydrotubation which I did I think like 3days after AF finished or so.and immediately after the hydrotubation, I started the fertilaid I think 3days after the hydrotubation and I took it for exactly two weeks and AF showed up so I stopped taking it.cuz I read online that it should not be taken with AF.same senerio happened with my first pregnancy

My battle started yrs back when I ws tld I hv fibroids. I started treating it wt herbs bcs i ws afraid to die if i go 4 fibroid surgery. I started running frm pillar to pole. Abuja to Lagos to onitsha to Enugu. And by this time my flow has become a disaster. It will flow heavily for Almost 14 days & I started using adult pampers instead of pad. until one day I said if I will die let it be and I went for d surgery And 15 fibroids ws removed. After that I was told i hv bilateral tubal blockage, again I started battling wt it. I did 3 HSG frm diff places wt d same result, went to Lagos from Abuja to do tubal flushing came back and did 4th HSG And got the same bilateral tubal blockage. Devil never rested, I ws also told I hv low ovarian reserve AMH0.23. Bcs of my age ( I am in my early 40s) so i decided to go for IVF and i was asked to start taking DHEA for 3months in preparation for IVF scheduled for Nov. I stumbled on a site on how 2unblock tubes so I started doing castor oil therapy truout August I hr everyday unless during Af, & self fertility massage I learnt from you tube. I also used Apple cider vinegar Wt black strapmolases. And all this while hmm I took lots of drugs in preparation for D IVF I bght frm Amazon. For all d drugs I used. Serrapeptase. M2tone,Dong Quai root., yi mu cao tea, women over 40 one daily capsule by mega food, L-Arginine, ubiquinol Coq10, DHEA, omega 3, bee pollen .My DH had low mortility rate & ws placed on PROCEED PLUS. I reduced cab & take more of beans, fruits. Carrot everyday. So last month Sept 5th, I went to do another tubal flushing at BodyCheck Abuja. He was able to open one tube. So i bght clearblue opk. & 2 pkts of preseed lubricant bcs i don't normally hv mucus . My Af came on 15th sept, I BD from CD 8 daily to CD17 ie (10 Days) lol. using preseed. On CD 13 d opk said Positive & Dr said we shld cont till CD 17. Who will believe that @my age wt tubal blockage, low AMH.low mortility I will hv BFP?.

Hubby has used both drugs, Addyzoa didn't really do much but Fertilsanm was d game changer. I knw two other people that used it and already av their bundle of joy.
Concerning ur wife period, nothing to worry about. I have always av light flow and it never stopped me from conceiving.
