Good point. This setup could whitewash a lot of teams. However you only need to mess up 8-10 games to lose the Prem, and there must be 8-10 occasions when opposition will resist this setup. He will need an uber possession DM to limit this possibility as well as fast centre backs to stop the inevitable counterattacks from decent teams.
