I don't live in aAnambra, So i wouldnt know if he is doing a good job. Im only commenting on pictures ive seen on anambra threads.

Well trained youths indeed. A quick risk asses revealed the following: No PPE( safety boot, overall, safety boot, Hi-Viz jacket... etc) inadequate lightening, lack of segregation (construction site vs traffic route), etc.
