Unfortunately they couldn't and now postponed to a later date in June.actual date was not given to me.thanks

Well I was a little bit harshbro! Its just DAT I know first hand people DAT were affected! My best friend was one! He was very happy n was even preparing to get married! Fast forward almost a year later...he had to abandon his PhD programme coz he hadn't paid school fees for almost 2 sessions n PTDF wasn't even saying anything on d issue....just DAT they should wait n all DAT crap while OSS have received allowance for last year n full SKUL fees paid! D disparity between OSS n LSS is just too much n d guy was telling DAT if he hadn't won any scholarship he would have hustled harder...but they kept promising n nothing is happening right now...

So u see d thing is kinda dire......though PTDF says its recession or TSA or something like DAT hampering them but you n I know its bullshiiit!

However, I think from now on I would rather keep my infos to myself. Just maybe It wouldn't have gotten to the insult.
But who am I to judge the room because one person thinks am a "bloody liar"

Maybe I don't understand interpretation of statements. What do you expect me to say when I know many OSS that has been paid? I would have loved to paste PTDF's help line here but I think you can find that out by yourself since you feel I'm not well informed. I've not said you were wrong, don't always think you have the most up to date info you never can say what you hear from a seemingly unimportant person might be authentic after you have confirmed it. If you can try to confirm from your OSS brother he'd tell you that PTDF pays in batches I have at least 20 friends who are scholars and has been paid their stipends for a year. Those that were not among the 1st batch who received their second payment will be paid most likely June. See, I really don't know much about LSS because it never crossed my mind to source for info 'bout it. But what I do know is that, no matter how long it takes PTDF will definitely pay the LSS. I have never said PTDF is perfect but I can tell they are improving by the day.

Well u have a point but lemme tell u something! There has always been a disparity between OSS n LSS! Do u know LSS UG 2015/2016 haven't been paid? There is a guy on this thread about 6 comments back(just read my comments u will see it) who was in that batch! He said some of them didn't even get laptops sef! D OSS guys never have such problems prolly coz they are outside d country n all DAT! Reason y lotta peeps go for d OSS exams both MSC n PHD!! Scholars of last year(2016/2017) have not been paid till date n 2 sessions is almost gone!!! U know they can't do DAT to OSS naw! U say u know at least 20 OSS pals? I know above DAT.my brother is last year's MSC OSS scholar while my best friend is last year's LSS PHD scholar!!!
Am not tryna discourage u bro but I am closer to d scenario. My advice is OSS version is way better than d LSS!!

I said it before and I'd still say it again. All these worries about test date or no test date wouldn't make us pass the test in any way. Just go study already! If and when the test holds, we are better prepared; if it doesn't, we are better informed (except you just read to pass).

As we have seen here, worry doesn't make us better but bitter.
Please, Mrsimzu and others who have been giving out useful info, I beg you not to stop. God bless your labours of love.

So I got this information this afternoon, the new test date is probably gone be on 10th of June. So you can either prepare for 10th or you wait until you get text and emails So that you don't come for me again when ptdf change their mind again. My source is still the same.
However if there's any change and I'm told,will still let you all know
