okochaik:The problem is Nigerian youths are extremely lazy, so full 0f pride, they think since them don finish uni, they are to big to farm. if atleast quatet of Nigerian graduates will engage in agro-allied fields we will soon be exporting diffrent assortments of agricultural products & food Stuff. But they won't, instead they will even laugh at you who is farming. personally i don't care if i look dirty, unkempt or smell like chicken sh#t & feed. Cause God knows those birds bring in lots of cash at the end of that 6-7 weeks. |

Jiang:My brother, they are not lazy I'm actually sense do not hate farming. I like farming personally but not with goes and matches. If our government gives individuals like OBJ, Tinubu, Atiku and all other looters pardon and give them Monopoly our the northern land only for farming. Then ban whatever crops they produce from been imported from other countries. Believe me it will be the biggest venture. They will not work wit hoes but tractors. You as a single graduate driving a tractor to cultivate 200 plots of land in a single will be highly productive. This means in a month, only you have cultivated 6000 plots. This is enough to feed your town if you want to calculate it by one person per town. Meaning you are using your human resources at the full capacity. In a month you will earn like 400,000 and so you will always be happy as a farmer. Low income earners working in their fool carpacity on the same field will earn up to 100K. In turn the government saves our dollar from been used to import such crop. This alone will strengthen the value of Naira. With good government policy, naira will have value more than the dollar without the government spending any Kobo for it. Battling corruption is a waste of time. Our problem is not corruption |
