Chii I have never seen d aboki's so troubled about this Biafra talks, is always the south west against the sound east or the other way round, this is to show the hatred is not even from the north but between those that are suppose to be brothers in this strongle of true federalism. Is so dishearting that the two region that ought to be the brain behind the improvement and prosperity if this nation are the once being term foolish because they manage to control 8% of social media. What a war between two region that are suppose to be brothers. Please who among you has ever benefited from this scam administration called APC government. You people should go out there and see how much hunger that is in our land.

Nice write up.

But... In what way is the West slavish to the North?
When I came to SS, I discovered that you people tends to believe the Igbos more than any other tribe.

Check and find out who has aligned more with the North between SW and SE. The west have only benefited than the East. They sided with the North in 1979 to deny Awolowo, even in 99 they supported the Northern candidate (Obasanjo) who did not win a single state in the South west that wanted Olu Falae.......

The list is endless.....

Nnamdi Kanu in jail or in Sheraton is not the cause of your recession shrinking life with useless 3rd class unemployed certificate. Follow up your applications with empty CV and leave Biafrans alone.
You don't like Nnamdi you don't want him to go. Speaking from two sides of mouth. Nonsense.

You can start by listing the court orders PMB has flouted.

Who are the senators, who are the governors, who are the journalist and foreigners? Hope you don't mean the looters and polluters of our society? People who lie and thief because their very essence depend on it.

Which court instructed PMB to grant Dasuki bail? Hope you don't mean ECOWAS court? Like I told you, comparing the GCFR to an IPOB tout show you know nothing. Tell me, does Kanu has immunity?

This is the level you stoop to when you type things you have little or no understanding of.

well the perception you have that the oil belongs to the south is bad because its on a territory name Nigeria!!! so it belongs to the country. and all oil producing states receives the some of the highest allocation from the federal government so ask your leaders what happened to all the cash given to u guys which am sure if utilised honestly for the sake of the people would have made the states a economic paradise. but am glad that we both agree that Biafra movement isn't done the right way...am not opposed to separation but the question is what next? haven't history thought us a lesson about when a country separates without a plan? isn't Sudan,Korea an example of separation by force? I'll fully support Biafra when the agitators have a leader and a realistic economic plan for separation.
don't worry about what happens afterwards. fear of uncertainty is the murder of invention. for ur info south sudan experience is expected bcoss of many years of civil war the little infrastructure they have became ruins.these are passing phase and they are now building their country from the scratch but they are happy doing that.that is the enjoy of having a country one can proudly call his or her own.a country one is ready and happy to die for. not the useless thing we have here as a country. as for korea, their economy is even stronger than nigeria despites the economy sanction. their technology has advanced tremendously hence other countries including US are afraid of them. now tell me what is the strength of nigeria after 54 years? united arab emirates(dubai) got their independence in 1971 today it is a world class city. nigeria is just a big hindrance to patriotism and development.

The truth is...., there are many Yorubas that wanted the actualization of Biafra but not happy with the IPOB approach... Kanu's insults to the Yorubas and the support he got with those hate speeches from the Igbo supporters is the cause of all these.

You can download some of Kanu's hates speeches against the Yorubas on YouTube if you want.

History only repeats itself in a society that fail to learn from the past

Where were you in 1967-70. Had it been that your were born by then you must have learned one/two things.

Even your Hero who spearheaded the agitation then, was no where to be found. He wasted the innocent souls. Forcing many teenagers to war front. The man later ran away

Ojukwu the man of no vision no bearing... He used his thirsty for power to ruined the generation of Igbo.

Yet, here come another man who I don't think he takes any part in the Civil War of 1967-70

I only pity those that will meet their waterloo during the useless agitation that will yield no positive results.

Nnamdi Kanu is a wealthy man who want to see himself like Biafra-Mandela.

He wants to see himself in Biafra currency... Even if igbo will break away, I'm not seeing Kanu as Israeli Moses who liberated his people from pharonic Kingdom

God bless Nigeria

Dear @Boldstar,

Your comment above is what we have advised this IPOB youths for so long on many fora. However, it appears that many of them are hell bent on war and blood letting.

There are one million ways to clamour for Biafra but IPOB's hate mongering is not one of them. Many of these kids are too young to have even an indirect experience of the last civil war. When the shooting starts, it is a WAR and not a warr (with Gifty's phonee)!

Also, this proposed Biafra is going to be a poorer, smaller and weaker Biafra compared to the Biafra of 1967. It will not have the states of Bayelsa, Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom in it. It will never have Edo and Delta states in it just as these two remained part of Nigeria in 1967. So these IPOB agitation risks the Balkanization of the 5 Igbo states of Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Abia which if independent, will be totally surrounded by Nigeria, landlocked, with no electricity generation capacity, no gas supply, no refinery and no military installations. This country cannot survive for long unless it makes friends with its neighbour or it makes war and conquers the food belt of Benue and Kogi as well as the oil belts of Rivers and Bayelsa and maybe Delta.

Have these kids given thought to the above scenarios or have they bought into Nnamdi Kanu's fabulous claim that the non Igbo states will willingly trade the current so-called Fulani domination for Igbo domination by joining Biafra?

If there is a war, God forbid, the East will likely be devastated again and we don't need this in this land.

Some say the East should just be allowed to go and let us be. Splitting countries isn't that easy. It's not like it's bread we are cutting here. Remember that even America, Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain,China all went through civil wars at different periods in their nation building. We can either read and learn from the folly of those who lived before us or go through another war and still end up where we started from. Just like January 15, 1970.
