The most expensive player in the world, Paul Labile Pogba, has disclosed his religion online with a post that revealed him as a muslim.


The midfielder wished muslims a happy Ramadan online.


“Ramadan Kareem…Bon Ramadan”, he posted.


He also posted a picture on instagram where he was in Mecca performing the lesser Hajj, known as Umra with the caption: “most beautiful thing I have seen in my life.”


He was said to have been introduced to the faith by his mother, Yeo Moriba.


Other famous footballers who are muslims include; Karim Benzema, Marouane Fellaini, Eden Hazard, Xherdan Shaqiri, Adnan Januzaj, Mesut Ozil.
