For George's account, he received paypal last year amongst many others he has been received and his account was limited

I dont even have that history cos my whatsapp memory wiped late last year
After his account was limited, paypal held the money for their normal 180 days and when it was ready to be withdrawn, he told me that paypal refunded the money to the senders account.
How now?
After 180 days hold?
I asked him for the email they sent to that effect and he said that they sent nothing

How is that possible?

PayPal don't normally reverse payment except the sender charge back the fund or the fund was stolen or other reasons I may not know.
