He should have told the truth. His story may be true because I've seen elderly people get combative in long term care facilities especially if they have some sort of dementia. My class mate got kicked the other day by a bitter old woman and she still nursing her injuries. Patients really do get nasty sometimes.

If he told the truth initially, he may have only lost his job. Now he's going to jail. Over a woman who was already halfway in the grave anyway.
Too bad.

It's possible he tried to rape the aged woman and with the little resistance she could put up his strength was too much for her fragile bones which broke in the process. He's yet to say the truth about what really happened though. They may test the woman's private parts for forceful penetration and he may get off on that if he didn't leave his semen behind.

it is possible that this guy is innocent, the woman was 98 years old her legs might not be as strong as a young woman, at 98 your whole body will be fragile.

it's not easy caring for very old folks especially white folks.they can be very violent believe it or not, i could never do that job for all the dollars in the US. I applaud those who do.

If he was feeling frustrated why not leave the job? How can he hold a 98 year old woman so tight? He could easily have reported to his supervisor that the patient is refusing treatment and let him deal with it. Smh
