I recently registered as a student in NOUN, the student portal I must say is a total mess. Loading into the wallet was not easy, I was debited but stil the cash didn't reflect. Course registration, exam registration, nahhhhh, very bad.
Now my wallet balance is NaN (Not a Number)....
If anybody knows who developed that portal, please tell him/her to seek help on nairaland. I can't imagine someone was employed to build that thing.

one government come another enter, did a postgraduate course there, then they had an easy to use portal, now the case is different

Why not Make yours and send them a proposal and see if theyd accept it.

Go there go drop am na.
It doesnt matter, if your job is good , you might end up not even wasting money there. I even plan on rendering a proposal for them.
