It is only in Nigeria that Govt spend 50k to provide social amenities for the people and also will spend 150k just to force people to make use of it.

Nigeria is a Zoo

Lagos state empowered them to arrest those that refused to use the pedestrian bridges and other environmental offences. When they arrests, they'll take the victim to their kangaroo court where the victim can be sentenced or punished. Sometimes, they collect money or ask the person to sweep their premises.
