Hello guys.. I'm using Infinix.. I noticed recently that my phone charges slower than before..... As I'm using it now.. It's stuck in41% and I'll have to drop it for it to charge.. And it doesn't do like this before... Infinix experts Pls what can be the problem

Hello @samyomz Have you tried using another charger? Your phone's Sub-board just might be faulty. Visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you for assistance. You may Book a reservation using the Carlcare Application on your device [and give the information required]; Our contact number(s) and addresses are also in the App Or let me know your location so that I forward one to you.

thanks.. Bt i think it's the charger..i have another Infinix phone with issues... The power button malfunctions and the touch pad is bad.. The screen is okay.. How much can i do it
