Tomorrow the 31st of August, The president of Kenya HE Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta will be launching the Standard Gauge Railway project that has cost the country about $3.5 Billion shillings. This thread is meant to have the pictures of before and during the Launch. |

Here in Nigeria, railway is under construction Every six month..They sign contract with China company but we never see anything . We have seen the WA/international rail in Lagos financed by worldbank still in progress. In my opinion....Lagos is the only functioning state that functions politically in Nigeria. |
