bro they don't have to cos its the club that pay and treat them, even FIFA pays clubs that there players get injured on international duty

You mustn't be playing for the club at the time of the injury before they treat you... We have seen players on loan return to their parent club for treatment... Sometimes, it depends on how highly the club rates you..
