You can't treat an America citizen like that, they use to do more worst thing than that on flight. That plane should be impounded when it land in Abuja. She was at the gate before boarding that plane. If she was so thirsty that she wanted to fight over water, why did she not drink her fill before boarding? They are allowed to carry water on their person before the final call for boarding why did she not drink then? She just like wahala and she thought she would show the hostess fire for fire. Not like she was rushed to the gate from her sleep that she did not have enough time to drink water beforehand na.

We Nigerians need to stop playing the race card when our people break rules and want to go scot free. Come on, why smash the cup on a hostess. Hostessesing and cabin crew members are respectable members of the society and important in flights. Most of them even earn far more than bankers. I wonder why people feel that because others people's jobs are to serve us, we must treat them like poo. That woman deserves to be booted out of that plane. What is wrong is wrong. Next time she will learn to respect the waiter in her local restaurant. Nonsense.

What are you saying. I swear Blacks are more racial than whites. Listen, I have been on many planes and I see how you can make these hostesses do your bidding even if you are black. Just be nice and patient and you will get what you want if it is possible and at least not a risk. Why should she smash the cup out of the hostess's hand And I have seen a pilot throw a white couple out of his plane before. Even, it is white people that get thrown out most of the time.

Yes she came from the gate. She might be tensed up and forgot to get the water. Am not saying that what she did was right but she paid for that water. Ok why not give to her and let her know she has taken her share if the water was counted?

Thks so much. You have said the truth. This whites treats us like shit. If that lady had her way she would have gone out to buy her water. If she couldn't give her water inside the plane why didn't she tell the pilot to wait for her to go buy her water. Since the one they had was kept till they take off.

For your info, you aren't even allowed to go on a plane with liquids, aerosols and gels above a certain quantity most times due to security reasons.

As for this woman, I think she got what she deserved. Sometimes, just be patient and exercise restraint rather than act like a petulant child. She may have been thirsty, but I don't think she was distressed to the point of taking such actions. It obviously wasn't a medical emergency. She didn't get the water and she didn't pass out as a result. People need to observe simple rules and regulations. Many don't. A plane will be taxiing and the pilot will be announcing "please remain seated" my people no go gree.

Let's not always play the race card. White folks get thrown of planes too if they become difficult.
