I tried logging into my WordPress. org dashboard and it says
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apply_filters() in /home/davidorj/ public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 316
I tried accessing my domain and it says same thing

Please can my people help me to fix this problem?

Did you update your WordPress recently?

This error could happen as a result of an incomplete wordpress update or failure to update your wp-settings.php

I think you should contact your web host for further assistance on this.

Update your php version to version 5.6 and it will fix it

Thanks. I have been having network challenge where I am that I have not updated my WordPress. But how can my web host provider help? Because I contacted them the day I experience this eventhough I didn't follow up on them due to some personal challenges. please guide me further.

did you install a plugin or theme recently before it started. your PHP version is running on 5.6 so that may not be the issue. try to deactivate some plugins or themes via your cpanel by renaming it
