What makes you think this is his first time? What wealth has he acquired to permit him to spend miscellaneous on private jet ride? Even some billionaires don't fly private because they know how hard it is to make wealth and stupid to spend just to satisfy vanity. Only wannabe does.
He's a blood scam and fraud and thank God he was caught in the US. Let me see how he would bribe his way out of this mess. Jail term between 10-20years await him.
