Heavily armed robbers had inavded banks in Iwo osun state leaving two Policemen dead.

The robbers attacked banks around Bowen University and Adeleke Police station where they killed two policemen and carted away huge amount of money from the banks.

The incident which started around 4:00pm, lasted for about one hour left three people dead ( two policemen and one of the robbers).

They attacked sterling, Sky and First bank with explosives which they used to gain entrance into the banks.
