Your friend in a particular department 'claims' a certain course is accredited, therefore it follows that that particular course is accredited. Makes perfect sense

He will have little or no issue. His case isnt so complicated since all 3 names are in order. He may jst have to use only his first 2 names. Depends on his clearance officer's decision.
