The conspirator theorist in me is saying, the same people that stole the 11billion blew the whistles thereby turning an illegal 11billion into a cool legal 375 millions. because if you look at it, in some of these cases, nobody came forward as owner of the money especially the one in ikoyi and at the airport up north. So yeah, what a way to make millions without lifting a finger.

While it may seem good to say this out to encourage more exposures, i still see it as not too safe for the whistle blowers. I think they should keep some things about them secret as well! little by little they could still get exposed. their safety matters so much. Nigeria I hail thee
