My daughter did this last weekend

When I went to picked her up @ the saloon & I asked why this hairstyle, she said it's called police cap. That that's what her mother asked the hairdresser to do for her. I just laugh

Growing up in the East,my favourite hairstyles were ' Periwinkle aka Isam, Some Gaps, Afo Nkita, Puff puff aka Isi Ntukwu and Isi Eri or Owu.
I'm definitely making Periwinkle hair soon. It's good to go back to these hairstyles once in a while.

I think I did this just twice or thrice in my entire childhood. Even back then it just never appealed to me. Too local

I love the All-Back Hairstyle because it allows me to (1) see the scalp of the head and (2) be able to caress the strands of the hair and the scalp too. I love all such hairstyles that allow doing these two things.
