It's easy... Just select the YouTube video, when it's ready to begin streaming, go to the address bar (you'll find something like http://youtube.com/watch/blablabla) just edit it and clear the http:// and replace it with 'ss' (ssyoutube.com/watch/blablabla).
Click OK and wait for it to load

You'll be referred to another site (en.savefrom.net) you can now select the video format of the file you want to download

Very old trick adding ss in front of the you tube address.... Its not free, it takes mb.

Its perfect, I usually download my movies after subscribing for MTN #25 night browsing = 500MB
I just keep my downloads till at night, before morning its done

Guess you picked a high resolution video.
The higher the pixel the higher the data it will cost you.
If 720p video cost you 200MB, 360p will cost about 70MB. Sorry I didn't state that.
