700 billion has being allocated to oil rich rejoin yet there is no development, the ipob can still grow up to make one of the greatest nation in the world wth what they have, Thailand only produce rice and rice related product yet they are more developed than Nigeria

thanks, and they should count the ikwerre out too.

Niger delta is already a minority in Nigeria as a whole and if they now join Biafra they will still be a minority. So it is better we remain with the devil we know than the angel we don't know.
Advice to ipods leaders woo your neighbours and don't take them for granted that you can force any tribe or group of people by just categorizing them as biafrans and secondly if you want people to join your secession then the name Biafra should be removed as it stands for Igbo's and Igbo's alone because I don't see how the name Biafra includes other tribes.

I don't see the big issue here.. when Biafra is achieved, those that want to join would negotiate. Those that don't want can remain with the Hausas and Fulani or maybe the Afonjas.

If u negotiate and u don't like the terms, ure free to join the other side. it's really not by force. Islands are still part of countries too. SS regions that don't want to join can simply still remain with the status quo(Nigerians)...

The fact that all that is been discussed now in Nigeria is Biafra is a big achievement by IPOB and MASSOB. Since the civil war we have never had it like this. Kudos to them for bringing the plight of Igbos in the union to prominent national attention

Kogi people have protested and rejected them now Deltans are doing same. The funny thing is that many tribes in the niger delta originated from the Western part of Nigeria so they have no business being part of an Eastern republic but greed for oil made Biafrans forcefully add them to Biafra map.
If other ethnic groups don't reject them now they will be forced to become second class citizens in their own land when the Igbo republic of Biafra is formed. In 1967 after the invasion of Igbos to warri and Benin they forcefully removed the warri and benin rulers and put their own igbo appointed leaders there. Why will they complain of lord lugard forcefully amalgamating them with the North and then turn round to do the same forced amalgamation to niger delta?
This is a wake up call to all non-igbos on biafra map, reject this forced amalgamation now or live like second class citizens in your land after Igbo republic is formed

All this embarrassment is unnecessary if the Ndigbos stick to their 5 states of Igbo states. Togo, Benin Republic is not half the size of the only two states.combines yet they are a country on their own.

Call your leaders to order in terms of boundary allocation. Let Igbo be your first and official language. Same applicable to your currency.

If the IBO's want a republic let them be allowed to have it. You don't forces a wife to remain with you. If she doesn't see your home as hers then forcing her would mean making her stay against her own will.

Most developed countries in the world don't have oil! Freedom and equal justice is a stronger tool. Religion is a very powerful force. You can't preach unity with the kind of hate between Christians and Muslims. Isn't it better for everyone to go their separate way?

s/s is never part of biafa.if for any thing they are struggling for their own Niger delta republic.The Ijaws want to control their own oil not forming a coalition with the greedy Igbo's who would soon marginalized them in a single biafa Republic.
