is Padova paying for admission fee? Anyways u don't need any receipt for pre enrollment. All you need for pre enrollment is just your dov admission letter, and others hope u know them already?

my advice is I doubt u meeting up this year . this is not USA that u can get things done in days. An not discouraging u either. God no gree. Simple advice is try getting your dov wch is very important prepare for next year. But if u can still do it no issues.. Thats my advice.
