Fraud? When he used his hand to send the money? Its like you studied English or theatre art in sch. If you're negligent with your fund, bank can't do anything about it except they just want to help you.

Over sabi go kill una..sending to efraud doesn't mean he wants to catch a criminal. They understands better wen it comes to issues like this... They will reverse the transaction if the account is funded or place it on lien if the account is empty.
