dealslip:Various pro-secession groups, not just IPOB, have petitioned the government for a referendum for years yet they've been ignored or worse, harassed. You should know by know that your country isn't really a democracy so it doesn't respond well to peaceful petitions. Nigeria only understands violence and anyone who disputes this is in denial. |

dealslip:Or... you could do a quick search on Google for it. Why would I do your work for you? |
| Re: Igbos And Nigerians by dealslip(f): 2:11pm On Jun 11, 2017 |
Ngozi123:My Work ? You were the one talking about some imaginary petitions and some previous referendum attempts. You should be the one to dig it out. |

dealslip:Aren't you just a smartie ![]() You've got an amazing ability to see these guys' lies from a kilometer away ![]() I, just like you, am curious to see the documents and links of all the imaginary referendum ![]() |

kingzizzy:Stop deceiving yourself, you want one Nigeria because if not, you should have left every corner of Nigeria and moved back to your biafra and all your leaders should also have resigned from the Nigerian government and go back to biafra and declare your biafra. You hate the North and Hausa people so much, but in the face of threats and death, you still won't leave the North so what's your problem then? Obviously, you want to remain in Nigeria because you want one Nigeria so bad. |
| Re: Igbos And Nigerians by Ngozi123(f): 10:38pm On Jun 11, 2017 |
dealslip:And you were the one suggesting that IPOB and other pro-secession groups hadn't petitioned for a referendum. Had you done a quick Internet search into the matter then you'd know that you were completely wrong. You should do the research as it was your mistake. |

Ngozi123:Stop pretending to be clever because you are not. Give us this links to your previous attempts and you have been speaking English since yesterday. You have nothing just lies and empty boasting as usual. |
| Re: Igbos And Nigerians by Ngozi123(f): 10:41am On Jun 12, 2017 |
dealslip:In my experience, I've noticed that it's best to teach someone how to acquire information rather than spoon feed it to them. If you had spent half the time you've spent arguing with me conducting a quick Internet search on the matter, you would've have seen what you wanted to see by now. The fact that you haven't suggests to me that you're fond of making lazy arguments without any research. Btw, if what I was saying were "just lies and empty boasting", then why would I be so insistent that you do a quick Internet search on the matter? If I were lying then wouldn't your (lack of) findings just augment your argument rather than invalidate it? ![]() |

dealslip:This was done in 1967. All Igbos moved. Nigeria came to the East to fight for 3 years to bring Igbos back into Nigeria. Nobody is repeating that again. Now, Nigeria must agree to Biafra so that next time we move, you Nigerians will not come to the East to fight again like you people did last time. |

kingzizzy:Go check the history of that war. Nigerian government wasn't disposed to all out war against biafra at the outset. Because biafrans were still considered fellow Nigerians. Ojukwu mistook this disposition for weakness on the part of Nigeria. Ojukwu then took a foolish and greedy advantage of this. Proceeded on his campaign to Lagos. At this point, Nigerian government, had no choice than to descend on biafra the way she did. The rest is now history. If it ever become possible that biafra confine themselves to SE states, and refrain from claiming anything beyond onitsha Bridge, nobody will give a damn. |
| Re: Igbos And Nigerians by kingzizzy: 12:20pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
Akiintom:Like most Nigerians, you dont know Nigerian history. If knew Nigerian history, you would have known that the war was already on long before Ojukwu headed for Lagos. The Nigerian Army had already invaded Ogoja and Nsukka parts of Biafra. Infact, the war began when the Nigerian Army invaded Ogoja on 6th July 1967. Ojukwu did not start even the invasion of the midwest until about a month later. Also, it should be noted that this was the Nigerian/Biafran war. Ojukwu was entitled to invade anywhere inside Nigeria including Lagos. The SE you are talking about is not even recognised by the constitution if Nigeria and can cannot be used as template. If you talk about Igbos and Igboland, yoy will find that Ignos are indigenous to the lower benue, Delta state and Rivers state. States do not make ethnic groups. Igalas are native to Kogi and Anambra samd as Idomas are native to Benue and Enugu state. |

Ngozi123:and why do you think, I will waste my time on a wild goose chase. There is nothing out there to search for. This is a confirmation that you are a liar, why didn't you save your own time by posting the links, you see why nobody believes you guys, you are full of emptiness. |
| Re: Igbos And Nigerians by Ngozi123(f): 2:22pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
dealslip:Because I don't like to spoon feed information to people; I know exactly what you will find if you did some research on the matter as I've done it myself. I'd hoped that you would do a quick Internet search and read a little bit about the topic and then end up reading about it in much more detail thereby educating yourself on the whole independence movement. That's how people become enlightened. |

dealslip:Search "Igbo Referendum" on Google and you will see links to statements from MASSOB, LNC and IPOB about a referendum. You will even see where Buhari dismisses any talk of a referendum. I'm not going to spoon feed you information as you're not a baby. |
