Please how can I resolve this. I have a Gionee M2 android phone.
I have enough space in phone and memory card yet I can't install any apps now.

I have used cleaners and uninstalled almost all apps yet still can't install new apps.

The error message is shown below in screenshot.

go to settings and uncheck UNKNOWN SOURCES

if it doesn't work... ROOT ya fone

Final option.....factory reset your device

Check your system memnory thats actully wha7t is giving u the error not ur phone or external memory.

Lemme guess the phone has a 1gig memory. cheesy

okay....i guess the amount of dedicated memory for application installation is too small your might try moving installed app from inner memory to external and clear caches as well.

If at all you want to do a Reset, ensure you back all your data first.
