Please correct me if am wrong, I thought that budget should be signed on January so that it will be used to run the affairs of the year down to December.

What is wrong with Nigeria government? We don't hear these nonetheless noise in other countries about budget signs...

That is what happens in normal functioning societies. Nigeria does not fall into that category unfortunately.

Their zombies will soon be here to praise them for even signing the budget. What a nation.

Its a very big shame to Nigerians and Apc that the President was not able to sign the Budget, Its means that he dont have capacity to Rule the nation.

A vote of no confidence should pass to him. I know that power drunk people or benefactors of Buhari's inactive will fire at me. If a man knows what is good and did not do it, its a sin.

We do not have a president in Nigeria, even the Northerners knows about it.
