Is It True That University Changes One's Character? by casspersteve(op): 2:54pm On Jun 12, 2017
When i was growing up,my older cousins would secure an admission into the university and after 3 months or more in school when they come back their character changes(e.g they dont talk or communicate with people in our street)
please why do they behave like that?

They feel that their standard or status has increased and therefore see those in the street or yet to be admitted as inferior. The reason could also be that the university comprises people of different calibre, so when you interact with new people on new environment the old friends yet to gain admission or not in the clique become automatically redundant.
OP to experience this, try to fail jamb, then see how most not all of your friends will desert you. Your phone will rust because they will rarely call you. Human beings tend to become egoistical once their status changes especially when they become higher than you are.
