To those still expecting your success mails I wish you guys all the best because I know how that feels, when just 3 people got success mails on the tread the day First Bank started sending mails and I had not gotten mine I felt so empty inside, thank God the success mail dropped hours later.

I just hope the next stage of recruitment should come with them informing us at least a week to the date - to enable us prepare for travel or get permissions from present jobs, etc.

You can keep your pessimistic words to yourself. I know you would have said on the 25 May that no mail will come in after they stopped sending it that day but to your amazement, mail where send the next day.

If they don't send mail today doesn't mean they can't do it tomorrow. When I was going through First Bank graduate recruitment thread(their last recruitment), the was some people who did not received the success message when it was send but latter got invite message for interview when they started sending interview (date, place and time) message.

So if you have this view that your success message won't come, please keep such notion to yourself for others are thinking otherwise which will indeed come to pass to them.

Also if you do not get your info from a reliable source, you better keep it to yourself but if you are merely speculating, let the house know that you are speculating.

This words also goes to that person who says INTERVIEW will be in July and makes this thread to almost turn into a desert due to his false info.

I'm sorry if my write up might have hurt anyone, I'm just venting my own view any way.

Keep hope alive prospective colleagues.

Guys, keep calm if you have gotten the success mail because they will definitely get in touch with us as they've said, keep calm if you haven't gotten the success mail (it might still come or not) bearing in mind that it could go both ways and not forgetting the fact that job hunting in this country can be hectic and almost depressing.
I've been reading the threads from previous first Bank recruitments (largely due to my joblessness) and oh boy, it's always been a long process sha. So best believe that "keeping calm" is the best option we have while playing this waiting game.

Looool the way they drag their recruitment process will leave you thinking the pay will be outrageous. But in the end it all boils down to the level of unemployment in the country.

The first set got in January 2014 for training school, the set that got in 2015 where d ones they gave second chance. Most of them have even thought they were not getting in again. Second chance may not happen this time, moreso 1 year is a very long time to wait. So strive to be in d first batch. Good luck to the guys who have been invited to the AC.
