4. due to the high real estate cost, and the requirement for new residents to already be very wel off, near all residents are rich so you will have people of a similar financial background around you

5. the country is very clean

6. it has great shopping & restaurants

7. the F1 takes place every year in May.
it’s on the French riviera, facing the Mediterranean Sea while having the mountains in the back

8. the helicopter to Nice airport takes just over ten minutes, and from there you can fly anywhere within Europe (and some intercontinenal destinations too I think)

9. you don't need to worry about looking like a showoff, because the country flaunts wealth in every corner anyway, another supercar wont catch the attention.
