Supergran! 92-year-old wows Berlin audience with gymnastics routine 92-year-old Johanna Quaas was born on November 20, 1925 in Hohenmölsen, central Germany and is the oldest gymnast in the world. She recently performed a routine on the parallel bars at a gymnastics show in Berlin, even performing the splits above her head. In 2012, she entered the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s oldest athlete at the sprightly age of 86.
