The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), is already proffering solutions to what is sees as a problem in the Nigerian judiciary.SER

According to SERAP, Saraki’s acquittal suggests serious shortcomings in the country’s criminal justice system which can only be overcome by a UN-backed International Commission Against Corruption and Impunity.

The civil society group believes this will aid effective investigation and prosecution of high-level corruption cases in the country.
The organisation is now urging Acting President Professor Yemi Osinbajo to urgently pursue the UN-backed commission in order to help achieve President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption agenda.

This case was wrongly pursued. By the way, the case was politically initiated. If not, there is no way that man would hv bn left off the hook. And then the many underhand deals as alleged by SR. PMB made a huge mistake by failing to stop that guy on the move. Now, come 2019, Saraki is gonna determine so many things. He will be a game changer. Talk about money influence.

it amazes me that in this age of enlightenment, many people still view politics with their emotions rather than logic.
