Nigeria has no external enemy. Only internal enemies. Nigeria trains its army and acquires weapons only to combat, kill and maim its citizens from the SE and SS parts of Nigeria. Citizens who after many decades of asking for restructuring the polity, but were denied by northern Nigeria then the southern citizens took to either militancy or secession from Nigeria.
