I advise all not to take this type of jobs where there are no safeguard. The pain it can cause is more than the money. If you would take the job because there is no option, do it for a short while and get something else to do.

Believe you me, there's a lot of lies in the story. I grew up with multinationals including Chinese, i have never seen them act so mean towards the blacks. The guy probably dare to pull a stunt and got served.

There are more Nigerians in Nigeria than Chinese yet we allow them to get away with nonsense. I'm even sure there are more Nigerians in that company than Chinese and they didn't beat him. If it is someone that steals yam they would have burnt his destiny by now.

The way Chinese companies treat nigerian employees is very bad. That is a fact.

The way nigerians as well, relate to their Chinese bosses is also pitiful.

It's MOSTLY TWO SIDED. I speak from personal experience.

The advantage however in this situation of yore, was the perfectly placed kunfu kick where it mattered.

I can imagine how the nigerian must have "challenged " the boss. It was not as cordial as put here. Trust me.
