I made withdrawal orders on Chrisvicmall on Monday the 5th of June, and I have not received any alert since up till now. I have kept in contact with Elena in China but at some point, she stopped responding to me. She said she was going to contact the withdrawal request people and I thought the right thing for her to do would be to tell me what it is they have said. Instead, she has just been mute (unresponsive) since then. That is really bad in my view. Some other shippping company is helping me out now. This is really very bad. I never thought I would see the day they started behaving like this, and I noticed (after the fact) that there are others with complaints here on nairaland. As you can see, even now that I took the screenshot, Elena is online, but she will not speak to me. |

figment232:You don't understand. If it was still reflecting in my account it will be a different case. A different matter. I will easily use if to purchase something. But they have removed it from my account online. It is reading like 3 naira online It has disappeared (that is has been deducted) from my online account with them, But has not shown up in my personal account. The truth is that a notice said 1-2 weeks after withdrawal but the lack of communication is just bad, especially considering that tomorrow it will be 2 full weeks. |

It is only fair (after all my ranting) to state that CVM paid my money back to me. They just don't communicate much. Apparently, they believed that the notice that showed up when I first made the withdrawal request (the notice saying that it can take up to 2 weeks for my account to be credited) was enough communication in their view. And so they just ignored and did not communicate until it was just about time to pay. Then they credited me. Within that time, I shifted to another courier service, which I am very happy with. The choice not to communicate is the spoiler for me and it is not my experience that they were like this in the past. |
