I am using a tekno phone, Camon CX to be precise but I am really dying if frustration. The data connection keeps fluctuating and I don't know the cause. Sometimes, I sleep off while waiting for ur to connect to the internet. I have tried all I could but to no avail. Please if anyone has information on how I will go about it should help me. I am very much frustrated because of this. But when it connects, it's as fast as whatever I can make mention if. Please help me out

do hard reset Or clear d cmd or flash the phone that's all Thank me later

I have done hand reset. It is barely a month and two weeks I bought the phone

You haven't told us the network you are using. You need to set your preferred network type. If you are using 4G, set it to 4G only. Else If you are using 3G, set it to 3G only. Else If you are using 2G, set it to 2G only.
That should solve your problem.

Hello @jamesharryson Have you ran the latest Software Update on the phone? What network are you using to browse? Setting your preferred network type to 4G or 3G only may improve the phone's perofrmance. Reply ASAP. Visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you for assistance. Honestly, I have tried everything I can. I am using both MTN and Glo. I have tried both 4G and 3G. Yet I can't still enjoy the phone. I am using the latest version of software for the phone and all the applications in it. Yet I can't still find anything enjoying in the phone. I even sleep off always while waiting if I can browse mose times
