Let's Us try Checking out www.fnn.net.ng I think is this is the only way to achieve true democracy in Nigeria ( and Globally,) But EGO cant do it, they have played there part by implementing their possible model, Only if the civil society can... Check It Out, Its Awesome and have never seen any Political Web Like it, not even Emmanuel Macron Political Web.

Ofemmanu1:You should know the Muslim North and their "Shove it down their throats" mentality. They will definitely want to force it on the North Christians. |

Looking at the map of Nigeria, I don't know why the north is afraid of forming their own nation. They occupy 3/4 of the landmass of this country and I will assume they are also more populous. They should stop dividing the south who are foolish enough to swallow the division sold to them by the northern oligarchs using the military era. How did they even gather so much? If they say Usman Dan Fodio, doesn't those land he grabbed originally belong to other people? It then means they are occupying other people's territory. The best way to fix our problems if tearing Nigeria apart doesn't seem to the political class a better option, would be to enthron true federalism. This is the only way forward. |

I don't blame them, I blame the southern youths who are more interested in posting tribal comments in Nigeria. If it not afonja, it is Igbos. Northern youth talk fact, but youths from the south talk thrash. Who has observed how the northern youth started by issuing ultimatum, and they were given audience. Now , they want to tell us who rules Nigeria come 2019. They have a well crafted out strategy, and they are on it. First, it was destabilizing PDP so that APC can remain in power. Now that APC has failed, they now resolbe to it issuing ultimatum on who would be the next president. Is it that Osibanjo has no mandate to stand for re election? I think it is time some one tell these guys that we are in a democracy, and if a leader from a certain region is unable to continue his mandate, we must have a legal frame work for addressing it. A framework that is fair to everyone, not to please them alone. Like I said, I really don't blame them, I blame the south for been disunited. They enjoy calling themselves names when serious issues are on the table. For me, I have my voters card, no one will decide for me. |

Iam really disappointed with Elliot and his group is he telling Nigerian that no Northern Christian is qualified for nomination by his group for president come 2019? Iam ashame of his group so no indigenous Christian from Zamfara, Kebbi, Kano, Katsina, Borno, Yobe, Sokoto, Bauchi , Gombe and all the middle belt state is qualify? For all I know there is no state in the North that does not have indigenous Christian, in some they are in the minority while some they are equal but suppressed. It appears the Christians North population is only needed to keep their Northern moslem brothers in power during election after that them resume their relegated position. Enough of that what is good for the geese is also good for the gander. |

Yeah, these born to rule folks would remain this aggressive and destructive if the other 5 regions in the country chooses not to stand as one. Firstly, South east and south west must quit this our useless mutual suspicion. I beg we are both accomplished and progressive people but our frivolous competition has blinded us to what the big picture is. Also none of the south south states need fear being usurped by the SW or SE. (We are interested in mutual progress, not your oil ) The middle belt has a serious choice to make. The core north includes u in the power structure as a way of using your numbers against the rest of us. When the others 5 regions unite and stand on progressive principles, then may be the moderates in the core north will finally stand up and take a stand against their feudal overlords. The core north can't bully Nigerians into submission, unless we let them. |
