I guess most of them asking and dropping their emails for past questions are fresh graduates. They never know anything yet.

No, the guarantor's form will be submitted at the recruitment center. Your guarantor will formally accept responsibility, if you are contacted for the interview. Your referee is someone who knows and is willing to describe you, to support in the recruitment process. You've already filled you referee form when you were applying.

pls I saw something in their requirements concerning gurrantor to be somebody in thesame organization or "sister organization".
Can somebody in the Nigerian army be used as a guarrantor??

Don't confuse yourself, those are junior officers u listed.... Equivalent of a CSI (chief supritendant) in immigration which is on level 12 that should be from lieutenant colonel in the army, commander in d navy and wing commander in airforce... . Those and the rank above them can sign for you...

.... Even ASI and senior inspectors are on level 8, inspectors are on level 7.....so CSI go cme be level 7 again?? Do u knw how many ranks the csi is above ASI which is the starting point of bsc graduates..... Pls dnt confuse urself i repeat, notin of such is writing in that your link, u are wrong.. Hw would they ask a level 7 officer to sign for u?? Does it sound reasonable to u?
