DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications, answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.

*Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.

*Maintains proper recording on a daily basis, anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt and tellers.

*Maintains equipment, inputting information in the system, troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.

*Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

OFFICE ASSISTANT SKILLS

Office Experience -
* Computer Literate (must be able to use microsoft office excel properly)
*Telephone Skills,
*Meeting Planning,
*Verbal Communication and Written Communication,
*Dependability,
