Please I need help/education about car batteries. Please kindly recommend a pocket-friendly tested brands for new guys like me. thanks in anticipation.

I don't know about pocket friendliness, but I know that Hankook and Solite belong to the top five brands in the market today.

If you buy a brand name battery it can last you north of 5 years, some say theirs has lasted 7 years, in at one case the guy said it lasted 10 years versus 1 and a half to 2 year replacement with cheap chinese makes
