A mother and her baby have been held by a hospital in Imo state over N130,000. According to reports, the baby girl was delivered on June 5 through an operation method. Since then she and her mother, Lucy Azubuike have not been allowed to go home. They are being held by the hospital management. Out of the N150,000 cost, her parents have been able to raise N20,000.

The hospital management has also allegedly withdrawn their services to the baby and her mother. According to reports, the hospital has refused to let them go until the bill is paid.
