The plot is in a fast developing area at Omi-Adio in the city of Ibadan. This land is 100% dry, Available for instant allocation and documentation. A proposed estate(people already living there) which will surely triple its investement within a year. Free from 'omo- onile' issues and Government Aquisition. The area is very serene with a master plan. Land is worth #500k sad NOTE: cash can be added depending on the value of the car.

You want to take us back to ancient days of trade by barter? Just sell your land and buy the car with money you realised from the selling!
Re: Anyone To Swap A Good Car With A Plot Of Land. by thesicilian: 11:41am On Jun 24, 2017
Maybe he has issues with the land that's preventing him from selling it. He wants to transfer the wahala to someone else.

Nairaland and funny posts sha. Anyways, there's no issue with the land, I have more than a plot in the proposed estate and it's being managed by a registered and reliable estate firm thanks.

Yea...that was the selling price per plot in 2017, can still go with that for a plot and even lower for two or more plots.

NOTE: Property is in Ibadan.

I have a Nissan Altima, 2000. I'm looking at Toyota Camry(2001-2006) or corolla(2003-2006). Thanks.

you said 500k in 2017 and you still call it 500k in 2019.

It's an advantage to the buyer. I'm sure they won't be selling at that price again. The land is being sold by an estate firm(in a proposed estate) so I don't know the present price at the moment. I only maintained the old price.

You could have asked questions instead of concluding it didn't add value.

If after 2 years it's still a proposed estate and the price hasn't changed.........it's well.

Smile, it baffles me when people leave the main subject and tackle what is not. The topic is not whether the estate has developed fully or not, if anyone is game, the person would see for himself and can't be forced into any unfavorable deal. But sorry to say, your response shows you don't understand how new sites grow in Nigeria, so you expect it to have become a 'fully developed ' estate in 2 years... Like I said, people are already living there but not an estate standard yet. I HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT AN ESTATE IS? Thanks.

On the price? I have responded to that earlier, take your time to read back.

Go to your original post and see where u indicated that, and I quote 'a proposed estate which will SURELY TRIPLE its investment within A YEAR'. That was 2017 o.

Instead of been defensive, why can't u just explain the reason why u were certain then that the investment will triple in one year.

Why can't u just tell us the reason why u think the price is stagnant as against ur earlier projection..

This will assist anyone who is interested in the deal to take an informed decision. Thanks

you see what I'm saying, have I now told you the land has not appreciated? How are you now sure it has not tripled it or not? I only told you the amount I'm willing to sell or swap and I believe anybody that wants to deal will get there and see first. Besides, all these arguments about the land is off the topic. If anyone wants to be sure about it and it's present value for business deal, s/he can PM me. Thanks.

NOTE: I never stated that the price is stagnant or the area is not developing. I only stated that I am still willing to give out for same price. I have more than a plot there.

Kindly do me a favour, get the current price of land in the estate and post it here.

It's your property and that shouldn't be difficult, I think..

You are just prolonging issue. The fact is, there is a genuine deal I brought to the table(land+car to be swapped with a bigger car), I have already put the landed property for sale to upgrade my car. I only brought the deal here in case I see any other offer here too. So the current price has nothing to do with the deal( of course the estate firm now sell far above the price in 2017 and there are many price plans). Again, the ones they sell now are not in the front as they have sold all that portion out. So I'm the one to determine the price not any other person.

In the same 'proposed estate', you can buy a plot for 600k and you can buy for 1.5m...it depends on the location of the portion you are buying, the payment plan and the building plan. Thanks.

No, but something like this. This is being sold and managed by cross&churchhill(westland meadows park). Mine is managed by Kobplan realty solutions(Kobplan height estate).

Okay thanks.

We’re developing a micro Estate there next to Westland Meadows 2.

Good luck on the sale.

I would have gone ballistic on you. But, what's the point? Bro, next time use proper words. "Proposed" isn't the right word for such an estate. A developing estate is what you just described. Also, insulting people will take you nowhere. It's a very small world. Funny, I just finished building my house and I understand fully how new sites work.
oga no one is insulting you here and please the two words are correct. It's not yet an 'estate' when all the necessary facilities are not yet in place to make it the actual estate in plan, reason I still used the word 'proposed'. Anyways, thanks for your contributions, the thread is in auto section for a purpose, let's focus on the purpose. Once again, thanks.
